1banana, 1/2 a...Another greenalicious smoothie is:<br /> 1banana, 1/2 avocado (hello creamy without the dairy and hello good fat for plumping your little one), 1 cup of spinach, and I usually use frozen fruit blends like mango, peaches, strawberries and pineapple (but I've come across Aldi's that has this fantastic blend for only $1.99 a bag and avocadoes for 89cents so we have been drinking MANY smoothies around here! Anyway, you can put any fruit in that you want, but like I said this is a dairy free one and a little less fat ;) But really you can add blueberries or whatever fruit you want. Its the only way we get anything green in C1's diet for sure!
